THE ASSEMBLY is the largest entity of the CDT and is made up of all of CDT members. The Assembly meets at regular or extraordinary public sessions to adopt the Statute, work and development plans and financial reports of the organization. It also appoints members of the Managing Board. Regular sessions of the Assembly are held once a year.

MANAGING BOARD is the CDT body responsible for managing operations that ensure an effective implementation of CDT’s work and development plan, i.e. of activities pertinent to the organization’s goals and objectives. The Assembly appoints Managing Board members for a two-year term. The Managing Board submits work and development plans, annual reports and financial reports to the Assembly for adoption.

Official acts
Non-governmental association Center for Democratic Transition was established on August 22, 2000. Dragan Koprivica acts as a representative of the Association.
